Worst in every possible way. No onus taken towards employee, no decorum of work, no ethical work culture. You are self learning and applying( people with work experience),if not just random stuff they are doing (for freshers) in the name of work. Most of their brand associations are through contacts ,personal jack or people who bring something to the table because of their work learnt before /work ex gained.

Dislikes

Your salary will be credited on the next of the following month. HR will try to bargain saying company will train in terms of ctc, truth is you have to self train. No core policies, leaves and other HR policies changes of whims and fancies. Even holiday calendar is mapped just to keep office "crowded". It is more like gram panchayat kind of environment with toxicity and office politics.
