Nothing can be Liked by Some one. The Poorest Company I have Ever seen.

Dislikes

No Value of Sincerity. After HR Round they will Force you to Resign as soon as possible, once you Resigned they will cut the negotiable salary to half. Fraud Company.

Management is not supportive,Job security is zero percent, company policies changes on time to time based on the situation, salary hike is only based on manager mind not on the work performance

I have worked for 10 years and enjoyed my tenure there. Heading the finance and accounts, was independent in my work and was allowed to take decisions, lots of opportunities to learn, quite a professional organisation. Very good TOP management.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
