The boss here doesn't even understand in which field you want a job, he only understands his vision which is not correct. And they also send notices to you and also accuse you of leaking data when you leave this company and join another company.

This is a very useless company, you don't have any value for your reputation, you should join it because the boss abuses everyone and does not respect girls, and asks for money from employees for partying, which he says is fine and When an employee leaves this company, he blackmails him that I will file a case, otherwise he terminates anyone at any time.

Doesn't support employee. After joining 20 days she's is fired me because company were in loss due to covid. But that's very wrong behaviour towards employee. If you already knows your company in loss so, why you a hired me. Employees lots of expectations are connected for his/her jobs.
