...yees get fired first 9. Mysore office has nothing except on bench people 10. They don’t have budget to even pay salaries on time, salary gets delayed by 10-15 days 11. They will target specific bunch of people every month and terminate them 12. There is no notice period concept for the full time employees 13. There is no WFH concept 14. Better join a training institute and join a better company Good luck.

Innovation is the blood line... Even with 6 months of association I have seen the founders nuture talent by giving them opportunity to set their foot in the industry. Support to HR department to strengthen the work culture and let talent thrive to build a winning team... It's a long journey to cover but we are on the right path.....

I found the organisation to be place i could work on extremely meaningful initiatives that valued creativity ,teamwork and personal development .these initiatives tested the limits of technical expertise and gave me invaluable teaching opportunities.
