The health insurance should include Mother and father. The yearly bonus should be given.

Getting very late responses from company if employee required any help poor management late responses in every thing.

Except salary credit rest all dissatisfaction only in client location working employees horrible.

salary on time, good place to work and multiple projects so people can learn and upskill as they progress

initial struggles especially during training period, but good after. Time also 10-7 and can be tough if u live far from office location

Mostly, they recruit fresher candidates with references. This is the main advantage of this company, as it provides opportunities for hidden talents. I am also a referred candidate, and after referencing, it's all about showcasing our talent to stay here. Sometimes, they conduct events that are truly valuable, and the company focuses on pharmaceutical-related clients, creating more opportunities for many. There are several departments working here, including .Net, MES, Python, SAP, LIMS, RPA, CSV etc...

Dislikes

...there should be appreciation for our efforts and consideration for onboarding. Even after onboarding, the salary remains relatively low, mostly around 15000 per month after deducting taxes. From my observations, it seems to be the norm. In conclusion, the review is mainly focused in resolving these issues, not degrading the company. This company gave me a chance to get into the IT industry, so I am always grateful for this. Success here depends on your passion for learning and gaining experience, despite the challenges and limitations in the current setup. This is from my .NET department. I don't know about other departments.

I have recently joined in Proven Tech after completing my graduation as a fresher. I would like to thank for giving me the opportunity to work. It is my first company to work. As of now I am doing great with support of my team and management. We have very friendly team to work. good environment to work. So, I am looking forward for more growth in my career with support of proven tech.
