The one thing which I like about provana is Ontime salary , not delayed.

The one thing which I dislike about provana is there is no job security for new joiners, if any economic disater occur, they will primarily kick out new joiners.

Tere are a lot of things to learn and growth opportunity is very high and the compensation & benefits are very good.

There are not much points to dislike this company but only thing that I would like to mention here is the work culture is not very good.

The only thing I must say which was good in Provana was they had paid their employee salary on time. Rest everything was not good as compared to it has to be.

The work life balance, work culture, compensation, Learning and development everything was not as a company should provide to their employees.

While I’m generally satisfied, improving communication across departments could enhance collaboration and efficiency. I believe management is open to feedback, and I’m confident improvements will come with time.
