No Pros I can see in this Company

There are many cons in this company. Below is the list : 1. Hiring and Firing concept 2. No Job security 3. No Backup plan in recession 4. Recruitment process is terrible that’s why they don’t have good technical team 5. No understanding of technical in lead level or manager level . Example : once I was working in IFS application automation and one of the greatest lead (SIVA Prasad) asked the team to create the variable for each items and lastly we ended up 500 variable creation which ultimately affected the automation and they never follow the best practices. 6. Reporting Manager is terrible and I never seen any skilled manager who can talk to client confidently and convince them what’s wrong and right.Example : Mr Subramaniyan Peddada (Subbu) considering himself as a oracle expert having 20 years of experience but don’t know how to make presentation and SOW document , He ask other fellow memebers to do the job and he will send the final email to management and get the name. 7. Finance Team don’t know how to handle the income tax and alwayz poke the nose in others matters mostly which girl is hooking up which boy ...... 8. And List is goes on.........::

The learning and exposure a person wants in his career, ProV is the place for anyone to start with. The Management supports you in all the way possible in career growth and learning new technology. Office environment is soothing and flexible. HR team is helpful and make sure smooth process for onboarding. The company is progressing well and good.

Managers in India are very good, Sales team performance is very poor resulting low card rate to grab even small accounts. Leadership team things only on billing hours, sitting in USA they can not understand employee situation.

Dislikes

good technical team, no onsite, no gym, no canteen, no captive medical facility, polictics are common every where .. so no comment on that.

With PRoV, IFS is driving smooth wit team members.Customers adding to support work for customization and bug-fixing.Team testing with analysis, diagnosis offshore European clients.

Dislikes

Team leads are not into clear focus to the distribution to tasks.Gradually the case rate get poor. As off the productivity of work is less.
