Nothing. Higher management is to mu arrogant. They haired bulk people for a project but now they terminate so many people without any proper reason. There are so many partiality and favouritism. Nothing to learn in any project. Unnessecery work pressure given.

Protiviti is a Very Good Organisation for freshers and learner's. As a fresher you can earn the kind of knowledge that will helps to you for your Corporate work life and to improve your skills.

Dislikes

Very less career growth and salary. We have to work here as a contractuals not as a full time. Protiviti don't provide any payslips and we don't have any EPF and ESI dedications.

Day in day out it will affect personal life. Mental harrasement. Was told officially that during Durga puja if you don't come to office, your whole month salary will be deducted. I really like the concept. A 8th standard pass peon when tells you how to behave in office. When you will be told not to use the visitor's toilet because unofficially that washroom is used by the Director. When a Banayan, lingerie seller becomes associate director of the company then it shows hope for the peon to all the boot lickers

The pay is comparatively higher

Worst management, worst work culture, running family business in the name of a company where disrespect is fully tolerated by the management. No remedial measures will be taken in case of misbehaviour / personal attacks. Zero knowledge of running a bpo. Would not recommend at all

... saying they won't listen, no matter how much of good efforts you are putting. They doesn't not even give you leave on festivals in case you take leave they will deduct the salary of the day you were present.
