1. Salary sub industry standards 2. Appraisals will get you max 10% with promotions and without promotions negligible 3. Toxic management without people skills. No compassion and only business minded. Will treat you like dirt. 4.Post resignation harrassment is prevalant. Without FnF and experience letter for 60days 5. Lack of skilled resources with mostly college freshers on minimum wage and without any industry skill 6. No growth will retain u in one domain without certifications. 7. Strict working conditions . No wfh and useless HR with no support

Management do not judge properly to employees. There is lack of observations Sometimes Inefficient employees get award and and deserving employees don't . Job insecurity. Confidential issue.

...g environment is not suitable for person's growth. HR policy are very weak. E.g.: Giving only half monthly salary during notice period is not something employees look for. Appraisals are below average than other management consulting firms (Big4) HR's usually don't reply to the mails, calls. Some managers definitely need managerial trainings or Protiviti can have MDP (Managers development programs) as managers here are skilled way below than other companies in terms of team handling, team growth, learning, project execution.

My managing director and managers are open to new ideas, patient enough to hear me out and understands the problems. They let me do things the way i want to and this gives me enough flexibility to be creative.

Dislikes

The compensation provided by the company is something I believe is not so adequate.
