I don't like anything while working at Protera Technology. There is nothing to like in Protera. Everything is worst in Protera.

Dislikes

Job security is terrible. They will immediately fire the employee without giving any reason and also they will not give you three months salary as their notice period is three months for either side. This company will spoil your career. No corporate culture. Working in Protera looks like loosing your skills and knowledge. HRs are not cooperative and supportive. Higher management is also not good. This company does not have any future. Whoever wants to take risk and spoil their career can join Protera.

This company has lot of potential as work on futuristic model

Hiring process is very poor. Spoken with HR she told she will conduct interview however she didn't. Also, they dont accept phone or bother to reply the message.

The work life balance is not at all maintained. Need to work on weekends, the number of customers are more in compared to the team size handling it. There is a mix-up due to this and individual cannot concentrate on one issue as leads keep assigning different issues at a time.

A vast set of technology with respect to SAP Basis where we get the exposure of multiple components along with multiple DBs to get hands on experience.
