The owner has no decency to communicate respectfully. Always making demeaning remarks. No proper resource planning. Going back on his words is second nature. Goes back on hiring agreements. Thinks he has all the knowledge and belittles you at every possible opportunity.

Everything is consider to be dislike if you want join this organisation please be aware don't waste your time my salary put on hold without any reason, HR also don't have answer why my salary on hold very wrost organisation

It was flexible & no micro management

Suddenly what happened don’t know it starting getting pathetic to work.. They spoiled Environment, Culture, No work from home, No flexibility etc. but it is a biased company rules are different employee wise. Didn’t liked anything about this company. How much ever you work but they will never appreciate.

There is nothing to like about protechmanize , people here are very toxic. They just want their profits up w out thinking of their employees health. I would recommend not to join this company no matter what package they give.

GRC is hell , the manager Joseph creates a toxic environment for everybody inspite knowing his toxicity protech do not terminate him . He has made many people working there cry. Me being a girl has been put into depression and what not by him. His language is also unprofessional might have to put case on him soonish. But please never join this company. They sent you on client location creating fake resume and saying you are fresher. They are basically cheating clients.

Good for learning purpose only for fresher ppl as company gives chance to explore the field.

HR Amrita dhuri is worst. Whoever joins please be careful of this corrupted/politics women. Appraisal would be another issue as they wont give good. You have to be Chattu of Manager to get good hike. (20%-50%) You will only get 12 holidays in a year. No extra leaves. You cannot take more than one leave in a month so bad it is. Management is Bad as they don't know to take decision properly as many of the employee discuss with each other. Work load maybe balance
