... have to serve 3 months notice period). They simply don't respect the freshers. Very less salary and appraisal with no travelling or night shift allowances.

HR policy is very bad and especially prerana Narang and Manju salmon very rude and not provide any facilities for client site employee also not provide any shift allowances provided by client. Overall please don't join this organisation in any cost ur life will be ruined of office politics.

The owner has no decency to communicate respectfully. Always making demeaning remarks. No proper resource planning. Going back on his words is second nature. Goes back on hiring agreements. Thinks he has all the knowledge and belittles you at every possible opportunity.

Everything is consider to be dislike if you want join this organisation please be aware don't waste your time my salary put on hold without any reason, HR also don't have answer why my salary on hold very wrost organisation

Suddenly what happened don’t know it starting getting pathetic to work.. They spoiled Environment, Culture, No work from home, No flexibility etc. but it is a biased company rules are different employee wise. Didn’t liked anything about this company. How much ever you work but they will never appreciate.
