Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. (Vender staff)

I've had a great experience working here, especially in terms of managerial support. Managers are approachable, transparent and always willing to help employee with any issues or queries. The organization prioritizes employee will being.

Good if you're in the sales team or HR. Because you hardly have to work lol, just sit in office and ask product team to come on calls with you.

Dislikes

No canteen facility. No employee engagement by HR or internal boss. Just come to office work and go home. No real facility in the office place. small company of 500-600 employees. Recently the management has decided to fire the CFO. so he was been asked to put down his resignation. There are internal rumours that he was involved in taking kick-backs from Vendors and becoz of his poor management skills. Overall management lacks vision. They have a office in Pune also where the tech team sits, which does hardly any work and just off loads work to its vendors. No good products expect for PAN which is also Governement product for which Protean is an issuing company.

CTO department management because treat us like a insects and they don't care employees manger is not supportive even upper level of head is also not supportive. even there is a hierarchy system , there is designation attitude in upper management there is no freedom of speech Other department work culture is better than CTO
