Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Work-life balance is good. No pressure to work overtime. Appraisal every six months. The company hires on permanent for permanent roll and intent retain employ even if they under performing.

Dislikes

Salaries/hikes/bonuses are below the industry average. Very less focus on skill development and training. Worked for 2+ years as a data scientist but, the company has very less projects related to data science and no resource to support data science related operations. Company culture was good when I joined but it got worse as senior employees left the company.

When i got job in this company i am very excited but after some time i am facing problem because of seniors and also owner behavior is very bad owner of this company is puppet who always listen his two senior and that senior using their power on freshers employee
