Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This company is a GCC (Gulf Corporation Council) Working with various levels of people handling risk and completing the task and developing new professional and personal skills. In addition to that coordinating with clients with out any limitaions. It is a place where you can open up for new culture and management skills.In addition to that we can develop independent management performance wise.

Dislikes

The Dis advantage is mainly Transportation and Cafeteria facilities for Staff and labor.In addition to this we have to work under pressure with multi tasking works. Bottom level management is good and work culture is friendly nature. There is no future growth for staff .
