I'm ex employee of PropTiger. I can tell the truth about PropTiger. Negative HR support, higher-level political issues, lack of good leads, no holiday benefits, and a lack of job security are some of the problems I encountered at PropTiger. Currently, the situation seems dire, and I suspect the company may face a shutdown soon. The City Head, Mr. Subruto Raha, displays an unprofessional attitude towards employees, lacking the necessary communication skills. This reflects poorly on the company, making it an extremely unsatisfactory and disappointing place to work. I strongly advise anyone considering joining PropTiger to think twice before making a decision. The treatment of employees is deplorable, akin to treating them as beggars. Despite claiming to be a great place to work, in reality, it is one of the worst places to be employed.

Risky life due to daily travelling approximately 70kms and few meetings which are not at all required. Everyone can not teach how sale will happen.
