Hire and fire culture, you are either terminated or forced to resign no one leaves on his own will Exploitation at its peak they hire people for short-term goals once they fire you without any notice They even delete negative reviews which means they don't have the guts to accept their wrongdoings 24/7 Micromanagement: they have installed cameras everywhere including meeting rooms They target employees whom they want to fire one by one If they decide to fire you, they will insult, and humiliate your character and your work even if you are proving your best They provide half of your compensation for 2 months so that they can easily terminate you without giving you the full salary. Positive reviews are all fake and deliberately written to mislead people

...uthless termination no one quits on his own will here They illegally record the voices of employees They delay your full compensation for 3 months so that they can fire you easily in that time They hire for short-term goals, and once done, they blatantly terminate employees without any reason They give warning letters for useless reasons that are not even related to work Positive reviews are fake and deliberately written to protect the image of this company

Nothing; it's a fake company with extremely fraudulent practices they claim to have a presence in Tokyo, London, and Singapore, but this is all a lie they just purchased one chamber there with hardly one person working, and in reality, the owner will sell these offices to make himself richer at the expense of employees feeling, emotions, and future career. This proves their global presence is a facade built by exploiting innocent employees.

...please withdraw your services from them because they emotionally destroy people. So, I kindly request everyone not to join or give an interview here because your career will be destroyed if you join here They pay half of the salary for 2 months before terminating you in the third month so that they can easily fire you before giving your full salary.

Excellent company, you get international experience too, i have seen people here grow in less than 3 months of joining. strict timings so i am very happy with work life balance if thats what you are looking for. company has very strict action policies regarding toxic & manipulative employees. Management very unbiased Lots of company trips in a year.
