Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They will call you for the interview. Even there salary capacity is not there still they will call candidate for senior profiles. Will take 3/4 rounds of interviews. Everything will be discussed job role , responsibilities timings and all apart from salary. lastly they will offer salary which as per industry standard is offered to Freshers and state that company doesn’t have budget to give xyz salary but profile is great

... coordination between the various departments. They just follow thier own rules. They will just simply deduct any amount from your salary and will also does not gave reason for the deduction. Once salary deducted, you will never get it back. They do deductions in reimbursement. As per company policy, by meeting targets, I earned incentive of 80k but no incentive has been given to me. They will simply pressurise you to get business at any how. I would never suggest this company to anyone to work here.
