No PF Detection. No Helth Insurance. No Family Insurance. No Cafeteria
Incentives- You will NEVER get inventives. While you are new they will say you will get Inventives after Booking after Booking it will go to after Agreement after agreement it goes to after Disbursement and the cycle continues but you won't get any Incentives.
Management won't give you anything in written and everything is done orally, so Incentives are either not realised by Company or the Middle Management eat you Incentives
Management- Few TL's are really Good and Helpful but few with zero Leadership Qualities are only in Organisation because they belong to Native Place of Regional Head and have some old relations with them, they will use you and throw you once you are useless for them
Work Life Balance/Holidays- Zero Work life Balance as per company policies working hours are from 10 am to 6:30 pm but they will make you seat till 7:30 pm weekly offs are on Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays but you won't get Offs on Wed and you will need to work on Tuesdays.There is a list provide by HR on Official Leaves this leaves are also not given to you, and no extra pay is given on this working days.
