The Company is open to innovation and ready adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. and I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. And also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like my team leader to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometimes.

The Management is somehow convincing although there is nothing more excited to share.

Company Culture, Work life balance is terrible also the work culture is toxic. they can hold your salary and incentives.

They will call you for the interview. Even there salary capacity is not there still they will call candidate for senior profiles. Will take 3/4 rounds of interviews. Everything will be discussed job role , responsibilities timings and all apart from salary. lastly they will offer salary which as per industry standard is offered to Freshers and state that company doesn’t have budget to give xyz salary but profile is great

... literally make you a telecaller and expect to make sales out of it No holidays Salary is low, incentives are extremely low. Coming to Property pistol dubai means you have nothing else left in your life you become a telecaller, cant go out of the office untill you have a meeting There is no scope of growth and a lot of internal politics, favourism

Organisation is very good, on time salary and incentives, supportive Seniors like family, fun day activities, no such work pressure, party, birthday, occasions and outing.... I was very lucky to be a part of this company..
