Top Management is use to listen Middle Management thus Middle Management saves them by blaming lower Management. Such Management will kill employee welfare and one everything will be collapse

Employees reputations spoiled with unnecessary politics which loses ur motivation 3. Too much of traveling for attending sites. Min 18-19 days of travel every month. Working hours doesn't have any limit. Work life balance is poor
