On time salary.Timely bill gets cleared from accounts department. On salary deduction while on leave.

Too much of traveling for attending sites. Min 18-19 days of travel every month. Working hours doesn't have any limit. Work life balance is poor

They don't treat workers well, wouldn't pay if resigned and doing your notice period. Will be threatened by HR people. Overload work like month end Billing which starts from 9am to 6am next day

Top Management is use to listen Middle Management thus Middle Management saves them by blaming lower Management. Such Management will kill employee welfare and one everything will be collapse
