Nothing for Like here. This is a lala company. They only wants illiterate bondage labour. No body should join here

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is also not good and career growth is zero. They only wants bondage labour. On the job training is not given to new joinees. No work life balance.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
