  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

1. Lack of Recognition and Fair Compensation (Rating 1) : Hard work and innovative solutions don't seem to be appreciated here, which can be discouraging. The lack of acknowledgement and rewards for high performance makes employee feel undervalued and unmotivated. 2, Poor Employee Retention and Growth Policies (Rating 1) : Employee retention isn't a priority, with limited investment in career growth or job satisfaction. It feels like the focus is more on extracting work than on fostering long-term relationships with employees. 3. Unfair Policies on Notice Period and Appraisal Holds (Rating 1.5) : Appraisal amounts are often withheld and given out many months later, which feels restrictive. Extended notice periods are enforced selectively, which can create an atmosphere of control rather than respect for employee needs. 4. Flexibility and Exit Process (Rating 2) : Long notice periods(3 months) limit flexibility for employees looking to pursue other opportunities or personal growth, making transitions difficult. 5. Poor work culture (Rating 1) : Break timings are strictly tracked, and employees are not allowed to talk to other teams, creating an overly controlled and restrictive environment. This makes the workplace feel isolating. Final Note : If your aim is just to make a living and not focus on career growth, you can consider this company. Otherwise, it may not be the best choice for long-term professional development.

Here I got good friends to survive

Dislikes

I literally dislike everything about this place. The management is very poor. When you will enter the office, you will feel like working in government office with old culture and rules. HR will support higher authority and these higher positioned employees supports their favorites. Here they don't see your work efforts, only see how nicely you can obey the manager. Initially they will explain standard rules about leave and other policies. But with time Or you can say based on the manager's mood every time new rules will added which are totally illogical. And you can't even ask why this rule has added when there is no point. If you will ask any explanation you will become the next target to get mentally and emotionally triggered. You don't have any other option except to say ok i will follow whatever you are saying. Seriously in 2025 I am facing boy and girl biased rules, senior n junior partiality and sad that i m unable to do anything about it. Because when I told to HR head about it, simply told that your manager is having other opinion about you and we trust them, not you. I have never written such things for any of my previous employers. But now I am writing this review with very bad experience with me which I don't want to happen with anyone else. I know for you job matters, money matters. But trust me not more than your mental health.
