I have not found anything good about this company culture.

Dislikes

Work culture. bad policies and most importantly the company culture is evil. They hold half a month's salary and forfeit it even after the employee leaves with a proper resignation.

...s nt allowed, late sittings ...if you leave on time then boss will shout at you. Not flexible timings, salary always delays, if you are sick you can;t take leave..Join at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The thing i liked over there is the client have great projects for learning curves ONLY 1 thing I liked about here which is clients.

RAJIV SIKKA - The worst guy you will ever meet ( OWNER of this company ), He do not deserve the word CEO He will shout at you like an illiterate on a typo mistake also. He will treat you like slave. NO OVERTIME PAYMENT, TIGHT DEADLINES AND YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING IF YOU TAKE A LEAVE OR BREAK FOR 1 DAY HE WILL MENTION IT MULTIPLE TIME HE WILL BRING PERSONAL STUFF TO MAKE YOU WEAKER WHILE MAKING ARGUMENTS. JUST A A** HOL F U RAJIV SIKKA

I don’t know in which era the CEO lives he doesn’t allow phones during office hours also pathetic boss thankfully employees are supportive but someone amongst them is always there who tells each & every thing to HR/boss

NOPE, everything is fake in this company.

Dislikes

Management is so poor all day late sitting and the boss directly misbehavior with you especially with girls. Saturday and Sunday working no leave on your urgent work always negative in this company. So please be aware of this type of company.
