For freshers it's a great place to work, you will learn alot of stuff but once done with learning I would suggest to get out immediately

Company culture, politics, low salary, low respect for employees, low promotions, absolutely no work life balance, no comp offs or monetary compensation for overtime work, overall other than skill development there's nothing good about this company

Work location is the best, no salary issues. Wfh was provided in lockdown.

Main point - Office boy gets more respect than employees because General manager doesn't know anything about corporate. There is no growth at all for someone who joins now. Management is totally old school, there are no new ideas and innovations because the management has stuck with same employees for 7 to 8 years and those employees wont let others to grow and then new employees work 1 to 2 years and quit their jobs. HR Head Blames Manager for his mistake, Managers blames the leads and at the end they end up blaming the team and tell the CEO that because of team we couldn't do it.

I had a great experience working at PROLIM. All my colleagues across different departments are very supportive, friendly, and helpful.

No professional growth. The US Shift Marketing Manager was very worst, a headache, and the management was terrible.

1. Lack of Leadership Authority – Key decisions are controlled by HR, leaving sales leadership with minimal power. 2. Outdated Policies – Despite being in 2025, the company still follows 2017-era policies. 3. Deceptive Office Setup – The premium office at WTC is mainly a lure to attract talent, not a reflection of the work environment. 4. Restrictive Service Agreement – Freshers in sales are bound by a two-year contract with heavy penalties for early exit. 5. Poor Decision-Making – Critical sales-related issues like travel and local conveyance are mismanaged. 6. Limited Benefits – Apart from the office location, there are few positives to consider.
