They will hire experienced resource externally and choose their internal junior resources to provide feedback for senior and more experienced employees.

... cern.If you suggest any improvement, you will be first person to get pink slip.They will hire you from MNC with less salary and will compare you with their inhouse and homegrown freshers and then they will humiliate you for everything particularly in bad times like Covid situation.

Toxic workculture.No work life balance.No support from Techlead. Lead is only meant for sending your mail to client.They harass experienced employees by comparing them with their in-house and homegrown freshers.Your junior will take your Reverse KT and send your feedback to manager.Your junior people will provide KT.Only blame game and humiliation.

There was unrestricted work-from-home option when I was working there. The latest I have heard is this policy has been removed, WFH is only considered on a case-to-case basis and with valid reasons. Initially, Prolifics was considered an IBM "reseller", but now they have moved over and ventured into other domains/vendors as well. Some managers do consider about the personal growth of the employees as well, and the employees are constantly pushed to enhance their skills.

...things in the first place, and then provide justifications for their mistakes. The compensation offered to freshers is too low compared to the market standards.

... onwards. If you work had you can create a dependency then no one can stop you . But coming to compensation and benefits it will be below the market standards. But I can assure you that you will explore lot of things over here.
