They are very good organization with good people. They are doing excellent job towards mental health relief. There is no hectic schedule. No target. No toxic work culture. Everyone is very cooperative and kind. Totally flexible timings as per one's availability. Excellent work experience. 👏

Dislikes

Everything is very nice. But they should start thinking to provide some minimum stipend to the interns. I know they are a NGO but still they should start thinking about stipend part.

Project C Foundation – We care for your mental health, is a Non-Profit Organization that aims to provide everyone with mental and emotional support, raise, educate, and spread the importance of mental health. I've worked there for three months and I must say that the Organization is doing their best to fulfill society needs, more power to all.🙏

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
