There is nothing to like accept salary credited on time

You are not going to ask for appraisal otherwise you can move to other company you are free to go. Hold the appraisal upto 9 months. No bonus or even sona papadi on diwali

Just one thing is good in this company that company does not fire you,

... TL and Managers will not support you on any issue, lot of issues to take leave.Company not provide bonus or any type of gift on any festival.

They has the good working environment in office and the very supportive employee.

The HR process like salary appraisal and all took so much time.They didn't do it on time.It seems the don't want to increase salary and post.these are the things I dislike about that company.

Don't ask for appraisal your job is secured. Means keep on working with salary you have been before 2 years or 3 years ago. Your job will be secured and they will not fire. Once you started asking salary increment then you may be fired or absconded. So live your life like there is nothing in your life instead of progressive.

The management and HR. They are very sweet. Once they started lying then you will think that all your dreams will come true now. Because they promise you that they give give you the best just continue with the company. They are working on your increment just wait this month or next 2 months. And after 2 months they will say. Sorry actually the company policy has been changed so you will have to wait for more 2 months. We will do it as soon as possible. This is the biggest draw back of the company. Because of this progressive is losing their projects.
