A Fresher's point of view it's good company. Nothing to like about this company. If you're experienced then never Join this company. This company is well suited to freshers who is looking to learn new technologies and who are in different streams such as commerce, arts, mechanical, electrical but if you've experience in IT it's not worth paying you salary. I've joined this company for one week and in starting they did my interview with some girl who were having oversmartness and working in the same company from 5+ years he rejected me for L3 profile then HR called me that you can go for L2 profile. I asked about package so she said 8 LPA maximum for network security role. Although I had 7.10 LPA n contract not renewed so said yes to offer. After that one week I went to their Noida office from Dwarka by my own expenses they don't have any bus facility. then they deputed Me at Max healthcare Gurugram which is at sector 59 and that too is very far from rapid metro 56 station in remote location. Approx 400+ I spent for single day journey and return and that too taking 3 hrs to reach there on first day. I called client he didn't picked my call and rejected again and again my calls I waited since 10 am in morning to 3o' clock and then I decided to leave that organisation without any second thoughts.

...eft that company in one week after joining because of that negative vibes. Cybersecurity isn't cheap they want to hire cyber security Enthusiasts with such a less salary package whereas salaries are just peanuts 🥜 for any such organisation still they do these kind acts such as cheque from employee of 1.5x of your monthly salary, holding two months notice period salary and giving it back after two more months. So I request kindly join on your own will and physical strength because I travel to my hometown 145 km in 2 hours but if you get to travel in metro you'll be tired and will have no strength further to do any household things.

I will rating HR - -100/10 he will treat as servent after joining. Manager &Lead - vipin saklani ( ye sirf chaatne walo ko support karte hain. Week off deduction me ustaad)

...o be follow you don't say no otherwise he will treat as servent level behaviour. If you say yes he give the opportunity, salary etc. These people are really dangerous for talented people because he will spoil your life including your personal life. So your choice , what you want if you are search a job please do not join this company. Search again and find another.

It is excellent for career prospective but it is average for salary prospective. Work environment is good. Thanks for understanding me and giving opportunity to play different roles and responsibilities.

You are not going to ask for appraisal otherwise you can move to other company you are free to go. Hold the appraisal upto 9 months. No bonus or even sona papadi on diwali
