Worst company I have ever seen in my life.

Dislikes

There is no career growth. HR policy very bad. There is no salary increment. You will not learn any new things. Leave policy very poor. You will never get promotion. Work pressure always be there. They will never satisfied with your work. Salary anytime can be hold.

... to work hard and achieve their goals. Got My promotions on said time intervals. Salary will get credited into bank accounts without any delays. proper updates from all the teams, HR and managers response is so good etc.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
