... TL and Managers will not support you on any issue, lot of issues to take leave.Company not provide bonus or any type of gift on any festival.

The HR process like salary appraisal and all took so much time.They didn't do it on time.It seems the don't want to increase salary and post.these are the things I dislike about that company.

Work culture Only play with employee emotion without any support Make change in notice periord or reporting managed cut salary if any attendence missing by mistake not take over next month if get approval from manager notice period make 3 month

Worked onsite during covid period , they do cutoff from my salary also pf deduction made after six moths of joining done trust this company. Worst behavior from mangers for work hard guys, favorable to those he like.
