Managers take issues personally instead of professionally. Due to this seniors behave you can't feel your job secure. Also managers ignored your hard work.

There is only one benefit that you have no worries about your job security.

There is no workflow. If you have been hired than only management will decide where you have been puted. And obviously there is a lots of office politics.

It was good till people genuinely takes care of others, gives respects etc but now the scenario has completely changes

Now the scenario is of licking the shoes if you have to be in system otherwise if you put your point you will be everyone's enemy

Progression is so much better than my previous companies. all team members are supporting and helping nature. No job risk. Career growth is very good. Salary & Appraisal is process time to time without any type of delay. good working environment. Not any issue of holidays and leaves.

I started as a fresher and they gave opportunity to join this company and O have learn many things related technology so I am happy with it.

I have totally dissatisfied and disappoint with our this company they do not follow any ISO rules regulations to make improve there work and facility. I am very disappoint with my manager, he do not give us any opportunity to learn something new also took ours opportunity to do our job related responsibility. He didn't provide any physical object to make Data center better sometimes clients got mad with it cause if they pay for their business but sometimes dissatisfied.
