management is ineffective, leading to a stressful and demotivating work environment. Communication is poor, decisions are arbitrary, and employee well-being is disregarded. This results in a culture of complacency and inefficiency. I would not recommend working here.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have had to work with such exceptional individuals and be a part of the outstanding team at Programmics Technologies. The invaluable lessons I have learned under the guidance of Mr. Sandip Das and Mr. Saurabh Swarnakar, coupled with the remarkable work culture, have undoubtedly played a significant role in shaping my professional journey.

At weekend all the member of company used to have a party and I was not able to join it because I used to work from home.
