... to a different city in one weekend time. They don't even pay travel allowance. They hold your salary and deny joining bonus without any notice. They try to emotionally blackmail you. Pathetic management. They track and record employee's screens.

...g fine about the Organization. Skills and other aspects are good for employees. There is no delay of salary crediting. Which are good about the Organization events. And we are comfort about work from remote. Team support is also good from the seniors about the clarifications and other aspects.

Salary on time, clients are easygoing, well-structured management, process/flow of information between colleagues.

Dislikes

some TL are poor in knownledge, they overpower you with their authority. Your career depends if you fall in that team leader supervision. no extra curricular activities or personal interaction with colleagues as it full time WFH. you are required to work on certain hours. you can't work as you want. Always software running to record your time and screen. you will get scolded if you are not on your seat for even 5 minutes.

...cs at any level, each and every employee is having polite and friendly behavior. Salary come on time and sometime prior to expected date if we have holidays, HR team is polite and respond quickly. Good work life balance. Having good portal to manage your leaves, salary slips, comp off and income tax documents, you can easily download, or upload required doc without any help of HR or Accounts.

Nothing so far, but company need to increase organizations resources like tools to manage project activities.

...epf, e-nps & more, they deduct gratuity from your ctc which is more than epf . - Salary is disbursed on 7th - They use employee tracking software called Time Doctor 2 , which records your mouse , keyboard & screenshots . Irrespective of work quality you will be forced to do >= 8hrs or else you will called out daily . - Alot of internal micro management & you will blamed for not completing on time. - N+1 timesheets log each hour in excel what you do + Project time sheet - You will be thrown in multiple projects at once with tight deadlines. - Flexible timing is non existent.
