Good work life balance. Friendly colleagues. Loads of fun loaded events are organised by the company. company annual meeting is healed for 3 days and gets randomly located in Indian states or sometimes outside the country. Family outing is done yearly, loads of party almost all festivals are celebrated. Work wise the company is good if you are more into the telecom domain and have good exposure of the LTE, NR, GPRF networks and architecture

Dislikes

Majorly focus is on telecom domain, so if you have a good background of hardware and communication devices specially networking domain and it’s architecture this is a company for you

Being a MNC based HQ in Munch , the Indian part is driven by folks who use to work as channel marketing company // dealers , The company has heavy bottom lines , in competent manager who have secured their retirement plan in some way or other Being a electronic and communication filed , they are not open culture environment .

At some point of time it was a sales focussed company but has now been spoilt by politicians

Dislikes

The company and its solutions do not change and align them with market requirements leading to frustrations etc upon being un successful In current state company lives its own sweet world which is isolated and disconnected. Professionalism is missing. Its diversification is leading to downfall

Very good work life balance. Team followed German work culture to some extend which meant very straight forward and clear & focused working approach. Germany headquarters follows flat architecture.

Dislikes

Low paying company. Lot of power in few top management individuals.

Products are excellent. Job security is better if you don't engage in fights.

Dislikes

Staff is too old and formed a political lobby with in. Company need a serious change. Worst is despite non performance these people are heard with in by senior management. It is tough to work freely as lobby will stuck each work at every juncture like Govet Officials. World outside R&S may help you to go two step further but people inside will pull you down and make sure you fail on your commitment. It's anti company thought process however at the end they will be saved by senior management as they are close to them. Honest and performers does not get recognition, the one who is close to his manager will grow further. If you are performing than they will over burden you and ultimately you will receive variable cuts while person who is achieving nothing will enjoy fruits of variable pay as he has low targets.
