Management, seniors and colleagues are always there to help if you get stuck with work. You can choose to work from home or office. Company has very good projects and clients. Very good management portal to manage leaves, salary slips, documents for tax, list of all festive holidays and much more.

- They use TimeDoctor to check your screen time. And it should be 8 hrs/day to mark your attendance. Sort of a micro management. - I left the organisation with in a month of joining using proper resignation process. But they charged me 1.5 lac as a training cost. Amount was absurd. There was no such training.

... to a different city in one weekend time. They don't even pay travel allowance. They hold your salary and deny joining bonus without any notice. They try to emotionally blackmail you. Pathetic management. They track and record employee's screens.

Salary structure is not up to the mark. Employer contribution on PF is low. Company provided health insurance benefit is not satisfactory. Premium payments are also similar to individually opted insurance amounts. Micro management in few scenarios.
