I like only Dr Malagaonkar sir work execution towards his patients, all most working 15 to 16 ours in day including travelling about 500 km in a day Rest policy for employee is only for one year span, If they can sustain the employee by changing there nature of work As you can see in bank they shift there employee to several dept, from cash , to clearing, to clearical, to Asst to customers, etc etc , they don't remove even contract basis employee, As I have completed 33 years in this field I have seen organisational back to employee in developing there work area After all I have been abserved that only 10 % employee can be sustain in any organisation, that is only Driver of car and peon, and office boy If we get any employee which can be asset for organisations we should check him with several terms and conditions Regards Sunil kathuria
