It is a terrible company to work for. I have wasted my 1 year in this organisation. Both the directors are very annoying and creeps. They micromanage their employees. They badmouth about other employees. This company has the worst management nobody gives a damn. These guys don't have sense to talk to other people. I would never recommend anyone to come here and work.

Dislikes

I do not like anything about Proformics. Worst company to work for. They torture their employees to the extent that he/she cannot take it and write such reviews.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Dislikes

If you want to ruin your career, this is the place. They just know how to shout on their employees, have no structure in place. At joining they say 5 days nd then ask you to work 6 days. Not at all employee centric.Do not join this company

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
