You can learn something upto some extent. Good Job security as it is a pod based company. Average to good salary in Madurai.

Absolutely zero work life balance.Even say like negative work life balance. No hike or promotion for more than average working employees. They hire only freshers. Team lead or seniors tend to do their work only and they wont help us.

- This company is family-owned management. - This company only recruits freshers. Because experienced resources will not survive here due to their work culture and their atmosphere. - So before joining, out the twice and check about their process

Would have give in terms of negative star in review unfortunately I can't.

You have to work all the day and night. There will be no shift timing you have to come at 9.30 AM in morning and only supposed to leave at >13 hours of work. Not supposed to take any leaves have to support every week Saturday and Sunday without fail and there'll be no comp off.... You have to support at least 15 hours if it is a Production deployment day and guess what they'll deploy on everyday without fail unless their is technical difficulty. There'll be no proper power back up if electricity is down you have to work with Fans most of the times AC will be offline.
