i like initially there was no pressure of work and learning time to gain experience how things wrong in the company difference types of people working in different areas

...he client and expect you to understnd the client's needs without giving a brief. when its asked to the people working there are not designers, just some ppl with no qualification who only know the software without any creativity they create such a negative atmosphere that you're forced to leave and then they get the opportunity to not pay you. the working hours are not flexible and they expect you to leave at 7pm which gets very late in delhi for girls and gets unsafe as i used to reach at 9pm. the ceo is so stupid honestly DO NOT WORK HERE
