Company location not safe because Tribe area ,twelve hour duty ,low salary,future not growth for technical student, dusting problem, there is not single off week

Poor work culture, no skill development or leadership qualities. Salary & promotions very much politicized by HR HR is terrible when it comes to being people friendly

The company having the good infrastructure, location and atmosphere. It is a 100% export unit and working in the field of specialities chemicals.

I am living in Abu Road with my family some time i comes late at home, there is a fear of tribal cast (grasia), they attack on the coming and going people with stone pieces this is a major problem in this area.

In this company the main problem is dusting Dusting everywhere (my lab instrument are repairs for every two month Reasion dust So i m found the best company who's enviourment are the best.

Politics & Worst & polluted environment & all are facilities gives for top managment director sir Mr M.Modi is good person he speak soft & sweet & his behaviour like a big brother & friends but he can not identify right men for Right work
