As this company works on different productivity improvement projects, the work-life balance depends on how well you adhere to the project timeline. Learning is a great experience for entry-level peoples. You will get opportunities to explore different manufacturing sites. Work culture is good.

First, you have to prove yourself for an appraisal, so getting an appraisal is really tough job here, initially, the salary is low compared to another consultancy in the same field.
