Good place to start your career if you don't have any monetory difficulties at home. You will learn new things initially but after a year or 2 you will hit a ceiling in learning opportunities.

Being a consultancy firm, the candidate has to prove her/his potential in front of management to secure a job. As this company works on different productivity improvement projects, the work-life balance depends on how well you adhere to the project timeline. Learning is a great experience for entry-level peoples. You will get opportunities to explore different manufacturing sites. Work culture is good.

Dislikes

First, you have to prove yourself for an appraisal, so getting an appraisal is really tough job here, initially, the salary is low compared to another consultancy in the same field.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
