They had posted the opening on ACCA career site claiming to pay good salary. I had given 3 rounds of interviews and got selected. Inspite of me having good qualification and experience of 4 years, they offered me a CTC that was less than my current CTC. They pay you peanuts. I also did not like the interview with the director as he mocked me several times in the interview process. It was such a waste of time applying there.

Prodat It Solutions is blended with friendly and professional team. lots of space to learn. I enjoyed working in this company with excellent people of like minded people with modern office environment.

Salary part has to be improved. The training period is only 1 month, it has to be 3 months, but excellent career growth.

I liked the shift timings and there was no much work pressure.

...ompany where employees feedback or view points are not taken into consideration. No hike in salary and work environment was very bad. I won't be willing to work If given a chance to work with the same company and for a same client. And I don't refer any of my friends too.

ProdApt has good learning environment but not good careers growths.

Very worst culture and even all departments very slow process. No jobs security. Not much employees options not available and very worst it environment running on prodapt. IT policy not good.

I had a great time learning new things and quality time spending with my team. I miss my team outing ND fun time on Friday. WFH was really helpful during when it was required for me. I miss this place.

I like everything
