Very Bad and Abusive

Dislikes

...r Eduspace has been disappointing, both in terms of compensation and management. The salary offered was far below industry standards, making it difficult to stay motivated or feel valued as an employee. Despite the company's claims, there was no real room for growth or improvement in compensation, and the work-life balance was poor. The management, particularly Vikas Gulati, was a major disappointment. There was a lack of transparency and communication about expectations, and the approach to leadership felt dismissive and unprofessional.

the work culture is toxic , and the environment is unhealthy . the HR department is unprofessional , sending informal messages. Additionally , vikas Gulati and the management create a tense and frustrating atmosphere. their sandwich policies are unfair , as they deduct salaries without prior notice and implement poorly thought policies

They are not having anything which you will like. you will get bad experience in each and every thing.

Dislikes

you feel that working in MIDC is better rather best than working in this company. you will not get appreciation for you work, even your skill will remain limited as they are not having such kind of tasks because of which you will learn or explore new and multiple things, you will found strictness in each thing because they always look for how can they deduct your salary by observing your late puch in and all. you will not get chance to expect that company will give you appraisal or anything else. you feel that you are in jail. whatever good reviews you will see on ambitionbox and glassdoor, that reviews are posted by employees on request of company. so be careful and take care of yourself.
