I didn't get any option for my promotion despite of my professional eligibility & experiences of working in various geographical locations in west Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & eastern UP. Neither I got my job transfer in my preferred location like west Bengal despite of several persuasion!

This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
