Good company, average salary,I'm working 5years this company but next level improvement not moved its also other employees and higher offer reference is not . I'm 5year and 4 months this company working but off-role staff, how many years work to the on-role staff I don't know this job. My career next level?????????????...... sorry totally full company no but my location only....

Company is well for fresher. Working culture is also very good.

Dislikes

As an employee not happy to stay here as not getting enough facilities. Specially salary structure is very poor and others facilities also not sufficient comparing the work pressure.

Senior management is a mess. No coordination whatsoever within themselves. Operation leaders are incompetent and the support team needs to act upon their incompetency and inefficiencies. Decision making in the company is a nightmare.

Nothing. It's an absolute disaster of an company. Avoid at all cost.

It's a Hire and Fire company. Within 5 months of my joining, they asked entire leadership- COO, CSO,CTO and CEO to resign mainly beacuse they were unable to pay them salaries. They don't have enough money to even pay their vendors. Only when the vendors threaten with legal action, their dues are paid. Do yourself a favour and don't join this company. They will trap you by offering good hike but start troubling you soon after and later force you to resign.

No Hr policy, the Top management dont have any plan and vision for the company every quarter they change the business plan, No USP no warehouse of there own, due to this the pressure come to Sales Manager.
