Poor salary.The company is not consider whether you are a good worker or not.If they give a promotion based on how you talk nicely with the manager and team lead. Internal hiring is good to improve the company but they couldn't.

Less Salary,Work pressure is more,No Sick leaves and 6 days Working,2 years bond and if you break bond u will not get Releiveing and Experience letter and you have to pay 3 months Salary totally worst experience please don't go for it

No job security, if your project is over they can fire you any time without giving any prior notice and won't even give you time to serve notice period.

There is no process in processware. Senior employees behave like owners. If you get a chance to work under Mr.GB (Ganesh Bhat) I recommend not to join this company. Employees leave this company because of his Evil behavior and treats everyone like daliy wage employees. Good company with dirty hands like GB who will make this company into losses
