Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Company is taken no prescribed measure for the employees against the virus. The sanitization is very poor. Also the hygienity is not maintained.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. First they promised you to give increment after 6 months but after 6 months they dont give any increment. Also in COVID situation all the employees of production department were asked to leave their job without any prior notice and also no experiance certificate were given to us. Talking about work related to calibration is too basic and will not help for further jobs you might takeup in same field. Overall the experience in there pre covid and post covid is not good at all.
